2. You need a key You can buy it directly from flux (then you will contact them in case of questions with flux technical support) or from us (then you will contact us in case of questions with flux technical support)
3. installation requirements:
● white IP address on the server.
● domain name of the server, which will resolve to the white IP address of the server.
● ports 80 and 443 open for external access.
● the server must have access via port 554 to your cameras to work via the RTSP protocol
● enter the following IP addresses in api_allowed_from in the Flussonic configuration:
● 81.30.195.190
● 81.30.199.70
● tell us the administrator login and password with the rights to edit the Flussonic configuration via the API.
● update Flussonic to software version 22.04
● IMPORTANT, it must be a server on which the client does not have any other services.
● Also specify the path to the archive storage - for example "/storage"
4. After switching to your flux, we transfer all current cameras and archives to you, dividing some you have, some we don’t.
