Go to the "Users" menu and click on the "Add user" button. A quick link is below:

Enter the required fields and then “Save”.

Attach the User to the address you created earlier following the instructions.

Do this immediately after creating the user by clicking the "Add another address" button.

Select House Address from the drop-down list, enter the hall number and apartment number. Click "Save".

All the users you have created are displayed as a list in the Users menu.

Go to the "Users" menu and click on the "Add multiple users" button. A quick link is below:

You must select the address for which you want to create users, indicating the range of apartments.

IMPORTANT!
You can create several users only if the equipment at this address is already registered in your Personal Account.

Then, you will be able to download a file with credentials that contains your login password and the corresponding apartment.



IMPORTANT!
If the file is not downloaded immediately when creating users, later there will be no such opportunity and if the password is lost, it will ONLY be possible to change it through your personal account.

All users you have created are displayed as a list in the "Users" menu; if necessary, you can add the phone number of the user of the corresponding apartment.
